1. Product introduction


TDSP double-channel external clamp ultrasonic flowmeter is a double-channel ultrasonic flow measurement product adopting American technology. Each channel can achieve measurement accuracy. Double-channel redundancy greatly improves the accuracy and stability of the flowmeter, and overcomes the defect that mono-channel products are not suitable for flow field changes and have low accuracy and unstable flow.  The measurement principle is still based on the time delay method. Due to the optimized design of two channels, the influence of turbulence randomness on measurement is overcome to a great extent, and the adaptability and measurement accuracy to different working conditions are greatly improved, making small flow measurement more guaranteed.


In addition, the TDSP double-channel external clamp ultrasonic flowmeter uses advanced digital signal processing technology to make the dead angle of sensor design very small, and it is not easy to accumulate impurities such as rust and scale, thus solving the biggest hidden danger of interference of common ultrasonic flowmeter by impurities such as iron filings and welding slag, and being especially suitable for water quality with high impurity content.


TDSP double-channel external clamp ultrasonic flowmeter uses a high-speed DSP processor to make the response speed of the measurement system less than 0.1 second, which is more than 10 times faster than the common flowmeter. It can be used as a quantitative control measurement standard, especially suitable for flow measurement of high viscosity oil, chemical products and ultra-pure water. It can also be connected with two temperature sensors as calorimeters.  When more heat function is needed, GFM can also be used as the flow measurement part of calorimeter and connected to the calorimeter through 4-20mA as the flow measurement part.
