Comparison of Two-channel Ultrasonic Wave and Single-channel Ultrasonic Wave
As shown in the figuRe, curve 1 shows the relationship between double correction coefficient k and Reynolds number re, and curve 2 shows the relationship between single correction coefficient k and Reynolds number re. It can be seen that with the change of Reynolds number, the correction coefficient of a single channel changes, and the correction coefficient k of two channels basically keeps a fixed value, which shows that the double channel ultrasonic flowmeter can ensure the accuracy of measurement under different viscosities and flow rates.
Comparison of Two-channel Ultrasonic Wave and Mono-channel Ultrasonic Wave
The flow sensor of the dual-channel ultrasonic flowmeter developed and produced by Guangzhou fangshi instrument co., ltd. introduces the dual-channel ultrasonic flow measurement technology from the United States, and the dual-channel measurement greatly improves the accuracy, adaptability and stability of the flowmeter. In addition, due to the application of advanced digital signal processing and flow field analysis technology, the measurement is not affected by liquid, temperature and viscosity, and also reduces the influence of flow field disturbances such as elbows and valves, which can be applied to a wide range of fluid conditions.
Using a high-speed DSP processor, the flow rate is measured more than 1000 times per second, which is 10 times faster than that of ordinary flow meters. The accuracy of flow rate measurement is especially suitable for flow rate measurement of high viscosity oils, chemical products and ultra-pure water.
